Castigul salarial nominal net se obtine prin scaderea din castigul salarial nominal brut a contributiilor sociale obligatorii ale salariatilor (contributia de asigurari sociale, respectiv de asigurari sociale de sanatate datorate de salariati) si a impozitului corespunzator. Pana in anul 2018, contributiile sociale obligatorii ale salariatilor includ: contributia salariatilor la bugetul asigurarilor pentru somaj, contributia individuala de asigurari sociale de stat si contributia salariatilor pentru asigurarile sociale de sanatate.
Notes:
- FOM106E starts in 2008 and uses the CAEN Rev.2 classification; years up to 2007 are in FOM106A, on CAEN Rev.1. The two series are not joined: the activities do not map one to one.
- The monthly average from the annual survey includes back pay, so it differs from the average earnings in INS's monthly releases.
- Between 2019 and 2024 some categories of employees had tax and contribution relief. Their net earnings are closer to gross, which affects comparisons between activities and counties.
- INS also publishes the total ('Total' option) for 'CAEN Rev.2 (activitati ale economiei nationale)', 'Sexe', 'Macroregiuni, regiuni de dezvoltare si judete'; our download does not include it. For an average, a rate or an index the total is not the sum of the values, so the site does not compute it. INS's own totals for the main indicator are shown on the comparison and county pages.
